Antoaneta Ivanova is an experienced institutional fundraising advisor and expert in international relations and conflict transformation. She currently serves as an Peace Civil Worker and Institutional Fundraising Advisor at ProPeace Germany, based in Western Balkans, supporting conflict transformation programs across Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Serbia. Previously, she excelled as a Regional Grant Manager at the Balkan Green Foundation— overseeing the Philanthropy for Green Ideas program—and as a Program Grant Manager at the Western Balkans Fund, managing grant processes across WB6 countries. She also co-founded Mladiinfo International, where she led educational and youth capacity-building initiatives across Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Antoaneta holds a Master of Arts in Human Rights and Democracy from the University of Sarajevo and the University of Bologna and was a Visiting Graduate Scholar at the School of Communication, Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey under the JFDP program sponsored by the US Department of State. In addition, she has advanced her expertise through professional training in peace and conflict studies at the Academy for Conflict Transformation in Bonn and obtained a Professional Certificate in Social Innovation and Management from the NGO Academy (ERSTE Foundation & Vienna University of Economics and Business). She is also an active member  of the OSCE regional networks for Women Professionals, contributing to efforts to counter violent extremism in Central Asia and Southeast Europe.
