The Mediterranean Women Mediators Network (MWMN) Cyprus Antenna and the PEACERETURN Project together hosted the implementation of the Café Diplomatico Skill-Building Initiative on the 31st October 2024, the 1st in a series of events.
This interactive Negotiations Skill-Building: Finding your Voice training, led by Professor Neophytos Loizides from Warwick University and Professor Betül Celik from Sabanci University and the Turkey Antenna of the MWMN, was attended by over 65 people from UNFICYP, the Diplomatic corps, stakeholders and members of civil society.
The intention of this collaboration is to enhance the role of women in peace building and conflict resolution by also recognizing that the inclusion of women and the gender perspective is not solely a women’s issue but a community issue.
